Holiday Builders was founded in 1983, a time when affordable, quality homes were almost out of reach for the average American. In the first year, our business plan called for us to sell 12 homes, instead we added 76 members to our Homeowner Family!

Since then we have built over 30,000 single-family homes throughout Florida, Texas and Alabama and we remain committed to the mission of providing our Homeowners with quality-built homes of lasting value for the best possible price.

Starting with our Crestwood model home in Palm Bay, Florida, the company now has approximately 65 locations across the country, and our home collection features more than 50 proven floor plans and more than 180 elevations!

Currently we have new homes available in Florida in Orlando-Daytona, Melbourne-Palm Bay, Port St. Lucie-Vero Beach, Sarasota-Naples-Ft. Meyers, Lakeland-Kissimmee. Ocala, and the Panhandle.
