It's time for Fall Festivals and Spooktacular fun in our communities.

Palm Coast

Palm Coast is a coastal town located between two popular Florida destinations - St Augustine and Daytona Beach. Residents in Palm Coast enjoy a sweet spot, out of the fray of tourist traffic while nestled close to Flagler beaches, shopping, and beautiful homes. The neighbors at our model home on Pritchard have created quite a display. In fact, there is a four-person golf cart parked beneath the pop-up tent. Kudos to their ingenuity. Thanks to New Home Consultant MaryBeth Schmale for capturing this photo. For information on new homes in Palm Coast, call or text MaryBeth at 386-804-8048.

The City of Palm Coast is offering a spooky haunted house at the local fire station. For more information, visit their website.

Ledgewick - Foley, Alabama

New Home Consultant Celina Calvert snapped some fun photos in her community of Ledgewick in Foley, Alabama. Celina always makes the most of the workday. She named her skeleton "Scully" and says "Holiday Builders builds homes that are so beautiful, it's scary!" In fact, Celina is hosting an Open House from noon until 5 pm at 1750 Versant Loop on Thursday, October 28th. For more information on new homes in Ledgewick, call Celina at (251) 424-5476.

The city of Foley is hosting a Drive-In Movie night to celebrate Halloween in 2021 and there's always something wonderful happening at OWA, Foley's amusement park.

Lakes at St. Sebastian Preserve - Micco, Florida

The residents in the Lakes of St. Sebastian Preserve in Micco, Florida have been busy decorating their homes for fall. New Home Advisor Elizabeth Brinkman captured photos of some of the displays. Micco is located at the southern end of Brevard County in a quiet area close to US Highway 1. This pristine community features large homesites, lakes, and five different floorplans. In fact, we're in the process of building a new model for an upcoming new phase. For Halloween events close to the Lakes of St Sebastian Preserve, we found several happening at Captain Hirams in nearby Sebastian including a party and costume contest, as well as a haunted boat ride.

For more information on the Lakes at St Sebastian Preserve, call or text Elizabeth at 321-223-8435.

Hammock Bay is an all-inclusive development in beautiful Freeport, Florida. There are several communities within Hammock Bay.
