Holiday Builders is celebrating 40 years of homebuilding. The company was founded in April of 1983 in Melbourne, Florida and became the first employee-owned homebuilder in the USA in 1999. The first Holiday Builders' home was built in Palm Bay, Florida. Today there are more than 40,000 homeowners in the Holiday Builders' family. We build new single-family homes thorughout Florida and Coastal Alabama. We offer three collections of new homes - Cornerstone, HB Value and Inspire. Each collection has a unique set of floorplans, design options or designer-curated color schemes and a new home warranty. Holiday Builders' strength is garnered through the longevity of trade partnerships and a sense of ownership among the employees. Alhtough it seems like the name Holiday Builders could represent living where so many vacation, the name Holiday Builders was inspired by a car. The Oldsmobile Holiday. was a favorite of the two brothers who started our company as it represented quality, style and design.
