Clocks Fall Back – Model Hours Change
Daylight Savings Time is coming to an end later this week. Be sure to set your clocks back one hour before you lay down to sleep this Saturday night. Standard Time resumes starting at 2 am, Sunday, November 2nd. Besides the extra hour of sleep you can claim, Standard Time also brings brighter mornings and better sleep rhythms as our bodies maintain healthier sleep patterns. Standard Time is in sync with the natural day-night cycle and that helps to reduce fatigue and boost well-being.
The change in time impacts the hours our model homes are open. Within our Florida footprint, we are actually in two different time zones. Our model homes and communities in the Panhandle are in the Central Time Zone. Hours for our models in Milton, Pace, Freeport, Navarre, Pensacola, Panama City and Mexico Beach will be open Monday – Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All other models in Florida located in the Eastern Time Zone, will be open Monday – Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. All models are open Sundays from 12 pm to 5 pm. The new model hours take effect on Sunday, November 2, 2025.
