What warranties come with a Holiday Builders home?
All Holiday Builders homes include a 1-year transferable builder warranty and a 10-year structural warranty. You’ll also receive access to our Homeowner Portal to submit warranty service requests quickly and easily.

Our warranty team is here to help. Just use the Homeowner Portal to submit a service request, and we’ll respond—typically within two business days.
Do you inspect homes before move-in?
Yes, every home goes through a quality inspection process before closing. Your Construction Manager will guide you through the final steps and make sure you’re confident and informed on move-in day.
What amenities are available in your communities?
Community amenities may include tot lots, workout facilities, clubhouses, pools, walking trails, and more. Be sure to check individual community pages on our website for specific features or contact a New Home Consultant. Not all communities feature the same amenities.
Can I find homes near top-rated schools or beaches?
Definitely! Many of our communities are located in desirable areas close to beaches, schools, parks, and other everyday conveniences.
Do you have communities with no HOA?
Yes. Some of our communities do not have a homeowners’ association, especially in areas where we build on scattered lots. These homes are located throughout established neighborhoods rather than within a traditional planned community, often offering more flexibility and fewer restrictions. “Coming soon” means the home is under construction and will be available in the near future.
Can I buy a home that’s still under construction?

If a home is “coming soon”, is there still time to choose options and upgrades?
