Holiday Builders is the homebuilder with a heart – and not just the little one you see in the logo. Since our founding by two brothers in 1983, our company has grown into an “extended family” business. In 1999, our employees purchased the company, making Holiday Builders the first employee-owned homebuilder in the United States. This unique ownership structure means that every one of our employees has a personal stake in our success, and it’s one of the reasons why we put heart into everything we do.

Throughout our journey from humble beginnings to becoming a leading homebuilder in Florida and Coastal Alabama, we have remained committed to clear priorities that keep us focused and united. At the core of our mission statement and our values is the understanding that we are not just building houses; we are creating homes – a special place at the center of people’s lives.

Heart is ingrained in our corporate culture, and it shows in the way we treat our employees. We prioritize family, offer excellent benefits, advancement opportunities, and even provide tuition reimbursement to support personal growth and development.

Heart is also reflected in our deep dedication to the communities we serve. We actively support non-profit organizations and donate to local schools in the areas where we build. Going beyond financial contributions, we get involved by sending teams to assist in building Habitat for Humanity homes, volunteering at food banks, and constructing new structures at our local zoo.

Building Homes for Heroes

Recently, we had the honor of collaborating with Building Homes for Heroes, a remarkable non-profit organization. Together, we gifted a brand-new home to Sergeant John Goudie and his family in the beautiful community of Windswept Estates. To read about the journey and see their beautiful new home, click here!
