Welcome to Cape Coral on Florida’s southwest coast. Cape Coral in Lee County is the largest city between Miami and Tampa and still growing with new families moving in daily. Of the city’s 119 square miles, 13.5 miles is water. There are more than 400 miles of canals making Cape Coral a waterfront paradise.  The Cape Coral lifestyle is all about blue skies, sunshine and water. A wealth of local parks feature walking trails, boat ramps and beaches. Boating and fishing are plentiful thanks to 355 days of sunshine and temperatures that rarely dip below the mid 50’s. Cape Coral is also home to SunSplash Family Water Park, the largest waterpark in SW Florida. You’ll find fresh foods and handmade crafts at the local Farmers’ markets – open Tuesdays and Saturdays. Walking and biking are easy in Cape Coral thanks to more than 90 miles of bike paths. Residents have plenty of safe space to walk, run or bike and enjoy the city’s outdoor lifestyle. Golfers too, have options with 7 golf courses available to perfect their game. Southwest Florida has always attracted snowbirds and retirees, but the majority of Cape Coral residents are between 25 and 44 years old.
