Our final February LOVE blog gushes about new home warranties. A homebuilders’ New Home Warranty is a compelling reason to purchase a new construction home instead of a resale home. Have you heard the expression “He’s all that and a bag of chips?” New homes are the best of everything – new materials, new electrical systems, new plumbing, new appliances, AND a builders’ warranty. I think I’m in love! Holiday Builders is one of the only homebuilders in the industry to offer two full years of a non-transferable builders warranty on Cornerstone Collection floorplans. Value and Inspire Collection floorplans come with a one-year, non-transferable builders warranty. Additionally, all homes come with a 10-year Limited Structural Warranty.
Submitting warranty claims is sweet and easy with Holiday Builders’ online Homeowners Portal. Plus, Holiday Builders leaves a list of vendors/contractors who installed systems and appliances, inside the kitchen cabinet door in each new home. It’s important to remember that storm and wind related damage are considered “acts of God” and are not covered by the warranty, but rather homeowners insurance.
