New Community in Titusville

Huntington Park is a new community, coming soon to Titusville in Brevard County, Florida. Holiday Builders often builds new homes in established communities where we are one of a few homebuilders. However, Huntington Park is being developed by Holiday Builders. This new community is located west of S. Park Avenue and south of Harrison Street. It will include 86 homesites, walking trails, a dog park, a gazebo, and picnic tables. Titusville is home to the Kennedy Space Center and holds a place of distinction in the history of the space program.

We are currently in the process of developing the infrastructure building roads, sidewalks, and utilities. Members of Holiday’s management team met onsite earlier this month to select homesites for the sales model and field models. Huntington Park will feature floorplans from our Cornerstone collection of plans. These plans come with a two-year warranty and may be personalized with cabinet, countertop, and flooring options.
