Pine Ridge - A Deed Restricted Community

Holiday Builders is pleased to announce the construction of new homes in Pine Ridge Estates, an established community in Beverly Hills, Florida. Beverly Hills is an incorporated township located in Citrus County, Florida. This rural area on the West Coast – Florida’s Nature Coast, has a small-town feel. There are a few rolling hills and wooded areas covered in Pines and Live Oaks. There are trails for biking, jogging, and horseback riding. Beverly Hills is home to new shopping centers and great restaurants of varying cuisines. Nearby airports and large metro areas are Tampa, 70 miles south; and Orlando, 80 miles southeast.
