Holiday Builders’ Employees Earn Promotions
Several Holiday Builders’ team members earned promotions during the first quarter of 2025. Please join us in congratulating the following employees on their achievements.
Steve Pettko, Division Manager for East and Northeast Regions
Steve has been with Holiday Builders for eight years as a Project Manager. He previously worked as a VP of Construction for a national homebuilder. In this new role, Steve will help to develop his region providing leadership in operations, construction, warranty, pricing, purchasing, and land acquisition, while continuing training and support.
Trish Lohela, Regional Sales Director
Trish joined Holiday Builders in 2019 as the Regional Sales Manager for our East and Northeast Regions. Trish will continue to lead sales in the Northeast and East regions and formally provide coaching to other sales leaders across the organization. She will share best practices to improve performance in sales, customer satisfaction, and recruitment.
Jessica S., Drafting Manager
Jessica has been with Holiday for over 16 years, starting as an entry level Drafter. She has been crucial in the success of our architectural and drafting needs, navigating through the dynamic world of plans and new products. As Drafting Manager, she will lead our mighty drafting team with a continued focus on organization and efficiency.
IT Department Promotions
IT Director Frank Nieto announced the promotion of three IT Department team members.
Nathan (Nate) Hartnett – IT Manager: Nate joined our team in 2020 as a Help Desk specialist. He was promoted to Help Desk Supervisor, then Help Desk Manager, and now IT Manager. During his tenure, Nate has demonstrated a passion for IT and a hunger for learning, leading him to obtain several certifications. Nate has become an integral part of the IT leadership team, not only managing the daily operations of our Help Desk but also assisting the IT Executive team in various technology initiatives that service our entire user community and will help carry Holiday Builders well into the future.
Matheus (Matt) Frederico – Software Development Lead: Matheus joined Holiday Builders in 2021 as a web applications developer. He has worked tirelessly with our team to help develop our new software development framework. His many contributions have significantly helped us not only modernize and elevate the user experience of our platform but also increase performance and productivity throughout the organization. Matheus has a keen sense of current software and user interface development trends, and with tenacity, I know he will continue helping by leading our development team to deliver tools that will help us fulfill our mission.
David Brunick – Help Desk Specialist Level 2: David joined the Help Desk team in 2022. From the beginning, David has shown tremendous technical proficiency in various technologies. Since joining the company, he has obtained several certifications that help him stay current and grow in our field. During his tenure, he has shown remarkable resilience and has successfully completed well over 4,200 tickets with an overall end-user satisfaction rating of 99.2%. David has quickly become a proactive leader within the Help Desk, and we look forward to seeing him further develop within our team.
