Our home buying and building experience could not have been any better than the one we had with Holiday Builders. Every aspect of the build from communication to materials, to the end product was done with integrity and professionalism. The New Home Consultant, Ismael, stayed in constant communication throughout the entire process. He provided us weekly updates, photos, and information whenever we had any questions. Sometimes our questions would be emailed to him later in the day, but he always responded as if we were his only clients and with thoroughness and detail. The Construction Manager, Larry, provided us details of the work that had been completed and the projected work that was tentatively scheduled on a bi-weekly basis. He was also very responsive and the details he shared during our walk through of the home was second to none. He is a person who treated our home construction as if it were his very own. Right before Christmas, we were traveling to Alabama from south Florida, and we had enquired if we might stop by and see the progress on the home. This was a couple days before Christmas, the weather was cold a rainy, and we believe most, if not all employees were off for the holidays. Both Larry and Ismael, made the time to walk us through our future home, shared their thoughts and made sure all our concerns were mitigated. There was no sense of urgency to get home to the family from either of them. The experience was like old friends who had not seen each other in a long while. So amazed! The quality of the home and materials are fantastic. The builders really pay attention to all the details. I’d like to say we would use them again in the future, but we love our home so much that we do not ever want to move away from it. We hope to make this our forever home. There are so many more positive things I can say about our experience with Holiday Builders. Perhaps the most important thing to mention is that there were zero negative experiences. From start to finish and 60+ days later, Holiday Builders continues to build a level of trust that lets me know satisfying their client is a top priority.
