Celebrating Success – Coastal Loans

Today we’re celebrating the success of our Lending Partners, Coastal Loans, LLC. Coastal Loans, a Joint Venture of Holiday Builders and FBC Mortgage, LLC, works closely with our homebuyers and our team members. They are part of our family and dedicated to our goal to provide exemplary service to our customers.

Last week 19 people from Coastal Loans’ 37-member team gathered at Pinstripes in Orlando for the FBC Roadshow. The Roadshow is an opportunity for FBC’s leadership to engage with more than 750 team members across the country and it’s a big deal. There were more than 200 people in attendance representing FBC Mortgage, LLC and other joint ventures.

Coastal Loans’ team members were recognized for their achievements while enjoying dinner and cocktails. The motivating guest speaker was Dr. Samantha Weeks, PhD, the first female solo Thunderbird Pilot (USAF). It was an enjoyable evening of socializing and comradery. Joe Nunziata, the CEO of FBC Mortgage, LLC stands at the left side of the group photo. Managing Director Kent Winkelseth is on the far right.
