Bruce Assam is President and CEO of Holiday Builders, guiding the company with visionary leadership and practical expertise in the production homebuilding industry. With an unwavering commitment to Holiday’s core values, Bruce has propelled Holiday Builders upward in the private homebuilder sector, solidifying its reputation as a trusted name in residential construction. Mr. Assam joined Holiday Builders in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer. In 2009 he was appointed President and CEO.

Richard Fadil serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Holiday Builders. In addition to CFO, Richard Fadil is a Florida Certified General Contractor and a Florida Real Estate Broker, serving as Broker for “Holiday Builders of the Gulf Coast, LLC”. With a proven track record of financial leadership and hands-on experience in multiple aspects of the homebuilding industry, Richard has played a pivotal role in shaping Holiday Builders’ financial and operational direction since his hire in 2006.

Rich Brown serves as the President of Homebuilding Operations for Holiday Builders. With over 35 years of experience in the residential construction industry, Rich brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. Rich joined Holiday Builders in 2014 as a Division President. In 2018 he was promoted to Regional President and in March of 2021 he was named President of Homebuilding Operations
