We know that for many prospective homebuyers, the prospect of buying a new construction home is new territory. We have found the same situation applies to realtors. The process of showing clients a resale home is familiar, whereas assisting a customer with the purchase of a new construction home, especially one that you can’t see and touch, is unfamiliar. Our New Home Consultants will walk you through every step so that you may assist your customers in the purchase of a Holiday Builders home.
When you visit one of our model centers, you can register as the agent of record for your customer. Our commission structure works exactly like a resale home transaction. Holiday Builders pays registered Realtors* a 3% co-broke. We’re happy to walk you through our process before you bring in your clients. That way you can have the knowledge you need to maintain your client’s loyalty and future referrals. We take pride in maintaining excellent communication, keeping you and your client informed throughout the process.

*Real estate agents representing buyers must register with Holiday Builders at a sales center at the onset of the transaction.
The National Association of Realtors (NAR) agreed to a settlement in 2024 regarding real estate commissions and the MLS. The end result is that MLS listings may no longer display a buyer’s commission and/or bonus for a buyer’s agent that brings a buyer to a listed home.
Holiday Builders pays a 3% co-broke to buyer’s agents. The buyer’s agent must be registered with Holiday Builders at the onset of the transaction. The registration process is handled at a Holiday Builders’ sales center. Additionally, the NAR settlement states that buyer’s agents must have written commission/representation agreements with their buyers, stating the commission the buyer’s agent is to receive.
