Grand Opening Richmond Cove

Holiday Builders is proud to announce the Grand Opening of our new model home in Richmond Cove, a new home community in Palm Bay. Join us on Saturday, September 27th from 11 am to 4 pm. The model home is a King floorplan from the Value Collection of floorplans.

Richmond Cove is a new community with 86 homesites featuring six Value Collection floorplans ranging from 1,250 sf to 1,806 sf. The Grand Opening celebration is a great time to look at available homesites and walk through homes under construction.

We took some advance photos of the model interior to offer a sneak peek at our new model, a designer showcase home.

The model includes standard features for Value Collection homes include Quartz Countertops, tile flooring in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and great room, and carpeting in bedrooms and the living room. Please note: The photo of the model shows two small windows and french doors on the left side of the home. This is the entrance to the Sales Office inside the model. Normally, this would be the location of the garage door.
