Holiday Builders Acquired by Stanley Martin Homes

Melbourne, Florida – Holiday Builders, a 43-year Florida homebuilder, is pleased to announce it has been acquired by Stanley Martin Homes. The acquisition became official on July 30, 2026. Holiday Builders, established in 1983, became the nation’s first employee-owned homebuilder in 1999. It is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Stanley Martin Homes, the 18th largest homebuilder in the nation.

Holiday Builders currently builds in 30 cities throughout Florida. The corporate office in Melbourne is supported by regional offices in Cape Coral, Port St Lucie, Winter Haven, Lecanto, and Pensacola. These regions encompass more than 27 communities and 14 scattered lot markets.
