Holiday Builders’ Beach Towns

Have you always wanted to live near the ocean? Holiday Builders is building new homes in beach towns all around Florida. If living by the beach is on your bucket list, Holiday Builders can help. Here’s a run down of our favorite beach towns and nearby communities.

Mexico Beach

Salt Creek at Mexico Beach is a new community that sits directly across the street from Gulf waters. Because of this, Salt Creek at Mexico Beach is where you can live closest to a beach and be in a Holiday Builders’ home. How long will it take to get to the beach? How fast can you walk? It’s right there!

Flagler Beach

Beautiful Flagler Beach is less than 15 minutes away from our new homes in Palm Coast. Palm Coast’s claim to fame is that you’re never more than 7 miles away from the beach at any given point in Palm Coast. Flagler Beach offers a fishing pier and entrances where you can drive your car right onto the beach!

Panama City Beach

Our new homes in Harvey Heights and Lake Merial are about 18 miles from Panama City Beach. The drive probably takes a little over a 1/2 hour but when you arrive at the beach, you’ll enjoy shopping and dining and loads of entertainment at Pier Park, all located on the beautiful shores of Panama City Beach.

Grayton Beach

Beautiful and exclusive Grayton Beach is about 18 miles from Freeport, Florida. Freeport is home to Natureview and Windswept Estates. Of course both Natureview and Windswept Estates offer outstanding amenities so there’s plenty to do right at home. Natureview offers a clubhouse, pool, gym, sport courts and nature trails. Windswept Estates is centered around an 18-hole, Par 72 golf course while also offering a beautiful pool, clubhouse and more. Grayton Beach is an example of the best of Gulf beaches in Florida’s Panhandle. If you know, you know.

Space Coast Beaches

Brevard County, Florida is known as Florida’s Space Coast because it is home to the Kennedy Space Center. Whether you choose a new home in Micco, Palm Bay, Rockledge or Titusville, you’re always less than a half hour to the coastline. Brevard boasts 72 miles of beaches – each with a slightly different flavor. Surfers love Brevard’s coast as it offers more surfable waves than any other part of the state. And there’s a good chance, you’ll see a rocket launch into space while you’re dipping your toes in the water.

Fort Myers Beach

Sunny SW Florida is home to Cape Coral, a town recognized for having more canals than Venice! This boaters’ paradise is a wonderful place to call home and the closest beach is Fort Myers Beach, which is about a 20 to 30 minute drive from most locations in Cape Coral.
