Holiday Builders Earns Awards

Holiday Builders earned two recent awards in the homebuilding industry. We’ve been recognized as one of the top 100 builders on BUILDER magazine’s 2023 annual Builder 100 list, ranking 46th in the nation. Rankings are based on 2023 closings and revenues. HOME BUILDER EXECUTIVE magazine ranked Holiday Builders 21st in the Top 100 Private Home Builders in the US List. The ranking is based on 2023 home closings. Holiday Builders sold and closed 1,600 homes in 2023.

Holiday Builders builds new homes on scattered lots, in developer and master-planned communities, and as a developer/builder. Homes can be personalized with design selections including flooring, cabinets and countertops. These “Cornerstone” collection homes come with a two-year warranty – double the industry standard. “Value” and “Inspire” collection floorplans include standard features and come with a one-year warranty. These three product lines provide customers with an array of choices with home prices ranging generally between $250,000 and $600,000.
