Mahogany at Jubilee is the initial residential section of Jubilee, a 2700-acre master-planned community. This is a significant development for Santa Rosa County. The first phase of Mahogany at Jubilee includes 83 homes on 260 acres. Planned amenities include a dog park and Pickleball Courts.

About the Model
Our newly completed model home is a Santa Rosa floorplan, one of 20 available floorplans in Mahogany at Jubilee. The Santa Rosa offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a three-car garage and 2,614 sf of living space. The Santa Rosa is part of Holiday Builders’ Cornerstone Collection of floorplans. These plans allow homebuyers to personalize the home with flooring, countertop and cabinet choices. This is a split plan offering privacy for the owners’ suite from the other three bedrooms. Plus, there’s an extra room that can be used as fifth bedroom, a den or office. The Santa Rosa is a wonderfully functional floorplan with lots of flex space opportunity.
