Natureview – New Community in Freeport, Florida

Holiday Builders is excited to announce the initial purchase of 46 homesites in Natureview, a master-planned community under development in Freeport, Florida. Acquisition of additional lots will follow. Natureview, developed by Hammock Bay’s Jay Odom, will include 793 single-family residential lots. The new community is located on Highway 3280, east of US 331 outside of the Freeport city limits in Walton County. Holiday Builders will build Cornerstone Collection homes in Natureview. Homebuyers may select design options including flooring, cabinetry, and countertops.

Natureview, like Hammock Bay, will feature outstanding amenities including a clubhouse, pool, nature trails, pickleball, and basketball courts. This cohesive development includes sidewalks for the safety and convenience of residents. In keeping with the active military community in the area, Natureview will feature five Hero homesites.

Holiday Builders plans to begin construction of a model home at the start of 2025. Pre-sales will start from the model home in Windswept Estates until construction of the Natureview model is complete. “We’ve enjoyed a long and successful tenure with Jay Odom’s Hammock Bay development.
