New Model Homes Open in Florida
We’re excited to announce the opening of two new model homes in Florida in the cities of Navarre in the Panhandle, and Lake Alfred in Central Florida. This is the final blog post in our March blog series highlighting refreshing and renewing your home, and new homes.
The “Jensen” floorplan is our model home in Lake Alfred in the community of Eden Hills. The Jensen is part of our Cornerstone collection of plans and may be personalized with flooring, cabinet, and countertop selections. The home includes three bedrooms, two baths, and a two-car garage with 2,118 sf of living space. The model home in Eden Hills is located at 1824 Basenji Drive, Lake Alfred, FL 33858. The Eden floorplan is our model home in Navarre, a city in northwest Florida where we build homes on scattered lots. The Eden is part of our Cornerstone collection of plans and may be personalized with design options such as flooring, cabinets and countertops. The Eden floorplan offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a three-car garage with 2,491 sf of living space. The new model in Navarre, Florida is located at 1940 Sunrise Drive, Navarre, FL 32566. These two models differ in many ways. The Eden is considerably larger than the Jensen plan. The interior design options chosen for each home help to showcase how a homebuyer can personalize the look of their home to suit their personal tastes.
