Spring Hill Model Grand Opening
Holiday Builders is proud to announce the Grand Opening of a new Showcase Model home at 13524 Spring Hill Drive, in Spring Hill, Florida. The event takes place on Saturday, February 7th from 1 PM to 4 PM. The public is invited for tours of the designer-decorated home. Complimentary snacks and refreshments will be provided. A special Model Sneak Peek will be held for Realtors on Thursday, February 5th from noon to 3 pm.
Holiday Builders began building new single-family homes on scattered lots in Hernando County in January of 2025. In Spring Hill, Holiday Builders offers buildable floorplans and move-in ready homes from the Cornerstone Collection of plans, as well as pre-designed Value Collection homes with prices starting around $300K. Cornerstone Collection plans may be personalized with customer choices for countertops, cabinets and flooring.
The floorplan of the Showcase Model is a Majestic, from Holiday Builders’ Value Collection. This spacious home includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage and 2,134 ft of living space. Stand-out features include quartz countertops in the kitchen and baths, and oversized tile flooring throughout all living areas with carpeting in the bedrooms. The Majestic plan centers around an open concept kitchen and great room with a split floorplan that gives the owners’ suite privacy from the other bedrooms.
