David Fisher, our representative, was amazing in helping us find our dream home, and we are extremely grateful for his support. The house met all our expectations regarding pricing and layout; when they say “move-in ready,” they truly mean it! If you’re looking for quality new construction and affordability, holiday builder is who you need . David was clear, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire process, making himself available whenever we had questions. We closed in just 30 days, and the experience was seamless.
