My wife and I are new owners in Yellow River Ranch since January 2024. We are extremely pleased with our new Holiday home; the quality and finish of the home is excellent and delivered as promised, right on schedule. The service of the Holiday team has been exceptional. From the first visit to the sales office through to closing, Ishmael was very helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond by providing us weekly construction updates since we were out of town purchasers. Our construction manager, Sheldon, also kept us up to date weekly and has always promptly responded to questions during construction and after we moved in. I would highly recommend a Holiday home and the team at Yellow River Ranch if you are seeking a quality home in an excellent neighborhood.
