We just settled today on our new build with Holiday Builders in Yellow River Ranch and couldn’t be happier. They finished way ahead of schedule and everything is perfect with a very small punch list of items really outside Holiday’s control. Ismael in sales was very responsive with bi-weekly pictures and updates once the foundation poured ( nearly two months ahead of schedule). We loved the options both inside and outside the home! Shelton, the PM, was thorough and very knowledgable and walked us through everything we need to know. Holiday Builder far exceeded our expectations in quality, communications, and good our fashion customer service. Thank you Ismael and Sheldon and team!!!
