Holiday Builders is grateful for our homebuyer/homeowners. Without our homebuyers who become homeowners, Holiday Builders would have no purpose! This year we celebrated 41 years building new homes and 41 years of new homeowners. Thank you.

Holiday Builders’ Locations
Holiday Builders has operations throughout Florida. Our corporate offices are offices in Melbourne on Florida’s Space Coast. Division offices are located in Cape Coral, Port St Lucie, Winter Haven, Pensacola, Panama City and Lecanto. We credit our land acquisition team for keeping us growing. We are grateful for the strong 2024 we’ve had. 2025 looks promising for growth with an expansion in land holdings, new communities and sales. Holiday Builders’ Community Outreach
Holiday Builders donates proactively to education and non-profits in each community in which we build. One such organization is Honor Flight. The photo below is of veterans, a father son team, enjoying a complimentary breakfast at the Orlando Airport. Space Coast Honor Flight flies the vets to Washington DC to visit memorials and Holiday Builders sponsors the breakfasts. In addition, to breakfast we participated on that particular flight, as a guardian. We are humbled by our veterans. That said, Space Coast Honor Flight is one of many non-profit organizations Holiday Builders supports. We love supporting sports teams, schools, organizations helping families, and first responders.
Holiday Builders celebrated 41 years in 2024. We are grateful for our longevity and our bright future. Happy Thanksgiving.
