Value Collection Homes Offer New Features

Holiday Builders introduced their Value Collection of homes in 2019. The new series was offered as an alternative to Cornerstone Collection plans where homebuyers select flooring, countertop and cabinets. The first edition of Value Collection homes offered standard features including wood-look vinyl flooring and laminate countertops with pre-curated color schemes. Value Collection homes offer an affordable new home option by streamlining the building process with pre-selected standard features. To Holiday Builders’ delight, Value Collection homes were popular with buyers from the start. Generous-sized homes up to 2,134 sf with three to four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two or three-car garage, gave homebuyers lots of choices and a great price tag.

Fast Forward to 2025. Value Collection homes make their way to a new development in Mexico Beach, Florida. Holiday Builders’ design team wanted to offer bright exterior colors appropriate for an oceanside community. Additionally, they thought tile flooring would be a better choice for beach living. Along with the flooring upgrade came the change from laminate countertops to Quartz countertops. These notable changes had a positive impact on Value homes both inside and out.

Now, these new features including tile, Quartz countertops and cabinet hardware, are standard in all Value homes being built. Exterior coastal colors are offered in all communities except in scattered lot areas. Value Collection homes were reshaped thanks to one new community in a pretty Gulf Coast beach town.

Holiday Builders currently offers three collections of floorplans. Cornerstone plans come in a wide variety of sizes and bed and bath counts and may be personalized with design choices in flooring, cabinets and countertops. Value Collection homes also come in a wide range of sizes with oversized tile, Quartz countertops and stain-resistant carpeting. Inspire Collection homes offer smaller footprints for affordability and include vinyl flooring and laminate countertops.
