Holiday Builders celebrated a major milestone on April 23, 2023—40 years of helping families achieve homeownership! Since 1983, we’ve been dedicated to building high-quality, affordable new homes, and we’re proud to continue that tradition today.

Our story began in Melbourne, Florida, when two brothers set out to create homes that combined quality, value, and affordability. The first Holiday Builders home was built in Palm Bay, and over the years, we’ve expanded across Florida and Coastal Alabama. In 1999, something remarkable happened—our employees bought the company, making Holiday Builders the first employee-owned homebuilder in the U.S. This means every team member, from our New Home Consultants to our construction crews, is personally invested in delivering the best possible experience for our homebuyers.

That’s why we partner with Coastal Loans, a lending partner formed in collaboration with FBC Mortgage, to offer tailored financing solutions. We also provide in-house title services through HB Title, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free closing process.
