Fall in Love with Natureview – Grand Opening

Holiday Builders is pleased to announce the “Fall in Love with Natureview” Grand Opening of our new models at Natureview, a new community in Freeport, Florida. The Grand Opening will be held Saturday, October 18th from 1 to 4 pm. Holiday Builders has two model homes in Natureview – the Seacrest and Santa Rosa floorplans. Each model highlights Holiday Builders’ quality of construction and design options available to homebuyers when selecting a floorplan from our Cornerstone collection of plans.

Festivities in our “Fall in Love with Natureview” Grand Opening include complimentary “Family Fall Photos” taken by a professional photographer. Families may also pick out a Halloween pumpkin. Trick or Treat candies and refreshments will be available and attendees are invited to tour both models. Our lending partner Coastal Loans will be on hand to answer questions about financing.

Natureview is a brand new community with fantastic amenities. A beautiful clubhouse with meeting spaces and a gym is available to residents, along with a resort-style swimming pool and pickleball courts. Be sure to tour through the clubhouse when you attend the Grand Opening. Natureview features homes from our Cornerstone and Value Collections of floorplans. Home prices start in the mid $300s.
