Flagler Estates New Model Open
Holiday Builders has opened a new model home in Flagler Estates in St. John’s County, Florida. The model located at 4260 Flagler Estates Blvd is in the town of Hastings. This rural community offers quiet, country living on “up to and over one-acre” homesites. These generous lot sizes are perfect for parking an RV or boat, or having a storage shed, barn, or garden. Holiday Builders is building three different plans from our Inspire Collection of floorplans. These smaller-footprint concrete block homes are stylish and energy-efficient. Floorplans range from 1,060 sf to 1,243 sf and include 2 to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and one-car garage. The new model is a Palm floorplan with three bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1,243 sf of living space.
