Holiday Builders Voted Brevard’s Best Homebuilder

Holiday Builders has a new accolade to add to its list of accomplishments. The 41-year-old company was voted Best Homebuilder in Brevard County in Gannett’s 2024 Community Choice Awards. The vetting process started with public nominations followed by voting. Awards were given to businesses in 140 categories from car washes, to restaurants, to veterinarians and of course, homebuilders.

This particular award is especially rewarding since Holiday Builders’ operations are headquartered in Brevard County. The company builds new homes in major markets throughout Florida and Coastal Alabama. Holiday Builders has two model homes in Palm Bay currently, with a third due to open in the fall of 2024. Palm Bay is considered a “scattered lot” community. Holiday Builders owns a large inventory of homesites throughout the city of Palm Bay. Home buyers may choose a homesite, and select a to-be-built floorplan which may be personalized with countertop, flooring, and cabinet selections. Move-in ready homes offering standard features and curated color schemes are also available. All new homes come with a one or two-year, non-transferable warranty, depending on the selected floorplan.

Brevard County is also home to the Lakes of St Sebastian, a new home community located in Micco, Florida. This community features larger homesites, many with a lakefront view. Holiday Builders is currently developing Huntington Park, a new community in Titusville with 86 homesites. A model home in Huntington Park is expected to be completed near the end of 2024.
