We are proud to introduce The Reserve at Turtle Creek, a new home community in Rockledge in Brevard County, also known as Florida’s Space Coast. This new neighborhood is located on the south side of Barnes Boulevard on Admiralty Boulevard. This prime location is just a 2 minute-drive to daily shopping needs like Publix Supermarket, a short 15-minute drive to shopping, dining and entertainment at The Avenue Viera and charming Cocoa Village, and less than 20 minutes to Brevard’s beautiful beaches.
A Community Designed Around Open Space
The Reserve at Turtle Creek will include 294 homes, developed in multiple phases.
- Phase One: 77 homes, with construction expected to begin this summer
- Future Phases: Rolling out in 2027 and 2028

The 119-acre site was the former Turtle Creek Golf Club, an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse with a 50-year history. The course and club closed in May of 2025 when the owners retired. Nearly half of the property will remain dedicated to conservation areas, water features, and green space.
