I had an exceptional experience working with Troy Bryant at Holiday Builders. I stumbled upon Holiday Builders while driving around Poinciana and was fortunate to meet Troy. He is a charismatic, energetic, and well-mannered gentleman who truly knows his stuff. His extensive knowledge in home selling and building was evident from our first interaction. I shared my requirements with Troy, and he delivered beyond my expectations. My process took about 8 months because I wanted a large backyard, and Troy managed to secure a 16k sq ft lot for me. He demonstrated dedication and availability throughout, making me feel like he genuinely cared about my needs. Over the course of the build, I met with Troy about 10 times. He was always ready to answer my questions about title, lending, or any part of the process, and if he didn’t have the answer, he quickly connected me with the right person. Even when I told him I was meeting with other builders, he was quick to offer guidance, share questions I should ask, and offered this to be a nice person rather than to make a sale. That was a high point! Holiday Builders is truly fortunate to have Troy on their team; he is an absolute ace. **Lowpoint:** This issue is not Troy’s fault, but the printed papers showing the exterior color schemes of the homes did not match the actual colors. Make sure to check the colors in person. Additionally, the homes do not come with a motor for the garage.
