We are halfway through a new build with Holiday in Yellow River Ranch and couldn’t be happier. We just did our first walkthrough and are delighted at how quickly and tightly the build is progressing. They got started way ahead of schedule and are progressing nicely. Ishmael has been fantastic since the day we first met. We travel full time and he has been very flexible and communicates regularly with photographs. Sheldon has also shared regular updates with us. We love the floor plans and options. We can’t wait to move in and join this lovely community!
