Holiday Builders makes submitting a Warranty Service Request easy and convenient through your Homeowner Portal. You can submit a request online, anytime day or night, seven days a week.
Simply log in with your username and password. Once in the portal, ensure your contact information is up to date. Under your contact information, see WARRANTY SERVICE REQUEST and enter your service request. We will respond to your request within 2 business days. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact us at (866) 222-5220.
Please note: All storm and/or wind-related damage to your home is considered an “act of nature” and is excluded from your Holiday Builders warranty. The storm damage may be covered by your homeowner’s insurance therefore we recommend taking photos and contacting your insurance agent as soon as possible to report any damage.
