Financing
Holiday Builders lending partner Coastal Loans works with our homebuyers one on one, to facilitate the home loan process. Coastal Loans works hand in hand with the buyer, and Holiday’s team, each step of the way. Holiday Builders offers closing cost incentives and low finance rates when using Coastal Loans. More than financial incentives, it’s the attention to detail at every step of the journey that keeps a loan on track to a successful closing. In addition, we provide our customers with information on the Prime rate because, knowledge is power. Thanks to our New Home Consultants Reed Lott and Jurgen Wall, pictured below. Home Design
Holiday Builders offers homebuyers choices to accommodate lifestyle and budget requirements. Our Cornerstone Collections homes give homeowners that chance to personalize their home with a variety of designer curated options including countertops, flooring and cabinetry. Cornerstone homes come with a two-year non-transferable warranty. Value and Inspire Collection homes come with standard features and a one-year, non-transferable warranty. Value Collection homes offer small to large square footage and up to three garages whereas Inspire Collection homes offer a smaller footprint and a one-car garage. By offering different floorplans, customers can find a home that suits their budget.
