Congratulations to Holiday Builders. The Florida-based homebuilder made the Builder 100 list, appearing 49th on the list. From BUILDERONLINE: “Our annual Builder 100 and Next 100 list looks at the top 200 home builders across the United States, ranked by closings. Holiday Builders celebrated 40 years in business on April 23, 2023. The company was founded in Melbourne, Florida by two brothers. The employees bought the company in 1999 making Holiday Builders the first employee-owned homebuilder in the United States. Holiday Builders builds new single-family homes in cities throughout Florida and in Coastal Alabama. Three floorplan collections are available including Cornerstone, Value and Inspire. Homebuyers may personalize Cornerstone plans with design selections including flooring, cabinets and countertops. Value homes offer standard features and offer three to four bedrooms, with two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Inspire homes offer standard features in a smaller footprint with two to three bedrooms, one to two bathrooms and a one-car garage or carport. Holiday Builders has won numerous awards from Homebuilders and Contractors Associations. Additionally they earned recogniziton for Highest Quality in New Home Construction by JD Power and Associates.
