Once you've determined your buying power it is time to select the Holiday Builders community that fits your lifestyle. Each community offers a variety of floor plans. Our New Home Consultants will work with you to select the best floor plan for your family.
Now it is time to select design options such as flooring, cabinets, and countertops to personalize your home. All of your design option choices are part of the contract process.
Once your contract is signed our Central Processing Center begins the behind-the-scenes work of pulling permits, getting blueprints, and ordering your land survey.
After the permit is approved you'll meet with your Construction Manager to review the build process and soon after, construction begins. You’ll have access to our Homebuyer Portal so you can stay up to date on the construction milestones for your home.
Upon completion of construction, your Project Manager will walk the home and create a punch list of any items requiring additional work.
The last step of the process is the closing. You have many choices for closing. We are proud to offer the services of HB Title, a full-service title company combining professional expertise, exemplary customer service, and strong financial security.
