Holiday Builders announces the Grand Opening of their newest model home in Cape Coral. The Grand Opening takes place on Saturday, May 13 starting at 9:30 am. The model is located at 1532 Burnt Store Road. Realtors, homebuyers, neighbors and friends are invited to enjoy tours of the model, refreshments and snacks. Pick up a Holiday Builders’ gift like a charging cord for your phone, or a tech bag for all of your charging cords. There will be several Holiday Builders’ branded gifts available.

The model home on Burnt Store Road is a Captiva floorplan, This home features three bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage with 2,487 sf of living space. View the floorplan on the Holiday Builders’ website. Our interactive floorplans allow the viewer to add design options such as a coffered ceiling, or to place furniture on the plan. Interactive floorplans assist with home design. Plans may be saved, downloaded and printed for reference.

The new model center on Burnt Store Road joins two other Holiday Builders’ model homes located at 3103 and 3107 Chiquita Blvd in Cape Coral.
