Cape Coral Model Homes Earn Top Awards
Holiday Builders’ Cape Coral team earned three awards from the CCCIA (Cape Coral Construction Industry Association) 2025 Builders Showcase of Homes. The CCCIA handed out 14 awards in different price categories to area homebuilders. Holiday Builders’ Charlotte floorplan garnered Best Livability and Best Interior Design, and the Captiva floorplan won Best Landscaping.
The Charlotte floorplan is the Holiday Builders model home located at 3103 Chiquita Blvd, Cape Coral. This split floorplan offers up to four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage with 2,338 sf of living space. Additional “flex” space allows for a fifth bedroom, home office or gym. “We are delighted the Charlotte floorplan was recognized for its livability and interior design. This is a flagship model for us, a popular plan with our homebuyers,” said Mike Lilly, SWFL Area Director.
The Captiva floorplan is the Holiday Builders’ model home located at 1532 Burnt Store Road, Cape Coral. The Captiva was recognized for Best Landscaping. The floorplan offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a three-car garage and 2,487 sf of living space. The Charlotte and Captiva floorplans are part of Holiday’s Cornerstone Collection of homes. These homes may be personalized with design options including flooring, cabinets and countertops. Holiday Builders builds new homes on scattered lots throughout Cape Coral. Homebuyers may select a homesite, a floorplan and design options to personalize their home.
The CCCIA has hosted the annual Showcase of Homes since 1996. The event features professionally designed model and custom homes open for touring on weekends from January 1st through February 2nd.
