Holiday Builders Expands Central Florida Footprint

Holiday Builders is expanding its footprint in Central Florida in two new communities: Woodland Ranch Estates in Dundee and Citrus Ridge in Lake Wales. Both neighborhoods will feature homes from Holiday Builders’ popular Value Collection, offering exceptional quality, style, and affordability.

Woodland Ranch Estates is a new residential community developed by Center State Development. It is located in the charming town of Dundee off HL Smith Road. Planned amenities include a community pool, clubhouse, walking and biking trails, bike racks and a covered pavilion. Holiday Builders is building new homes on 103 of a total 334 homesites. Customers may select from five floorplans ranging from 1,250 sf to 2,104 sf with three to four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Home prices start in the high $200s.

In nearby Lake Wales, Holiday Builders is introducing Citrus Ridge, a community developed by Holiday Builders. Situated off Buck Moore Road, Citrus Ridge will offer 100 homesites with convenient access to shopping, dining, and recreation. Like Woodland Ranch Estates, Citrus Ridge will offer five floorplans from the homebuilders’ Value Collection. Pricing will be announced soon. Model homes for both communities are expected to be completed in late 2025.
