New Model Homes Open in Central Florida

Holiday Builders is proud to present two Grand Opening celebrations in Central Florida this coming weekend on Saturday, February 7th. Models are opening in Spring Hill in Hernando County and in Dundee in Polk County.

Woodland Ranch Estates is a new home community located in Dundee. Holiday Builders is hosting a Grand Opening of the new Woodland Ranch Estates model home on Saturday, February 7th from 1 pm to 4 pm. There will be tours of the model home, complimentary snacks and refreshments and prize giveaways. The model floorplan is a King from Holiday Builders’ Value Collection. The King features 2,104 sf of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. The model is located at 208 Spindlewood Blvd., Dundee, FL 33838. There are five different floorplans available in Woodland Ranch. Home prices in Dundee begin in the high $200s.

Dundee, Florida is a small town in Polk County that originally formed around Florida’s citrus industry. Today the town is a mix of new and old residential communities in a unique part of the state known as Lake Wales Ridge, sometimes called the Mid-Florida Ridge. Lake Wales Ridge is 100-mile long ancient sand-dune system and ecological highland. It was formed over a million years ago with much of it remaining above sea level when other parts of Florida were submerged, allowing for different species of plants and animals to evolve. This unusual area actually has a few small hills!

Spring Hill, Florida, located in Hernando County is a growing city – the home of Weeki Watchee Springs State Park. Holiday Builders is hosting the Grand Opening of its new model home in Spring Hill this weekend on Saturday, February 7th from 1 pm to 4 pm. The opening celebration includes tours of the model, complimentary snacks and refreshments, and a chance to win prizes. The model floorplan is a Majestic from Holiday Builders’ Value Collection.
