Spring Blooms with New Communities

The Florida sunshine is warming up our exceptional state as we head toward Spring. The daylight stretches out a little longer and the green is returning to the yard. LABELLE

LaBelle is a charming little, southwest town celebrating it’s 100th anniversary this year. The city looks ahead with planned growth and goals of preserving its natural beauty. This strong community is and always has been rooted in agriculture, ranching and orange groves. PALM BAY

Richmond Cove is a new community in Palm Bay, currently in development by Holiday Builders. Palm Bay, the most populated city on Florida’s Space Coast, is a fast-growing, established city with employment, shopping, restaurants, parks and sports complexes – in short everything needed for its 141,000 residents. Palm Bay rests between Melbourne and Grant/Valkaria in the southern region of Brevard County. Florida’s Space Coast offers a unique lifestyle, where rockets fly into space, and manatee gather in the Indian River Lagoon.
