This is my second Holiday Home that I have built in Cape Coral. Both experiences with Holiday have been great. Starting with the home selection. All my questions were answered from the start and anytime during the process. I would call Bryan or Kim and they always returned my call right away. I have a really busy life and that is important to me. I watched as the house was being built and the Contruction Manager Bryan was exceptional. He gave us a detailed email report on the building process every week without fail. If I had any questions, he would call right back with the answer. At the end with the walk through they covered everything and answered all questions. There were a few minor areas and those were resolved within days. A friend of mine is a Contruction supervisor elsewhere, and during the construction process he walked through with me and stated that Holiday uses very good materials and he was impressed with their construction integrity. Lastly the closing was so easy and stress free. Most of everything was done online before the meeting with the notary and that made it so much easier as well as allowed me the time to really review the documentation. The Managers, Mike Lilly and Rob Craig, stepped in to make sure everything was to my expectations, which I found to be very professional and demonstrated that they really care about their customers. I am so glad I went to Holiday. The home they built me 24 years ago was fantastic and I knew they wouldn’t let me down on this one.
