Holiday Builders has opened a new Central Florida Division office in Winter Haven. The office, located at 799 Overlook Drive, Suite B, will be the center of operations for staff and customer closings. The new office is more than just a place to work; it’s a hub for collaboration, innovation, and growth. With a modern and welcoming design, our office space is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to ensure our team can continue to provide top-notch service and support to our clients. The location is perfect to serve existing communities and future Central Florida land acquisitions. Currently, we are building new homes in Poinciana, and Eden Hills, a new home community in Lake Alfred. In 2025 we’ll be offering new homes in Lowery Hills in Lake Alfred and Woodland Ranch in Dundee.

That’s why our Winter Haven office is strategically located to make home closings more accessible and efficient for our clients in Central Florida.
